My experience was fine at Castle, i did not expect to buy a car on Saturday and i drove out in a new car so I guess they did their job. My only complaint is that they left my ipass in my trade in after i as a car on Saturday and i drove out in a new car so I guess they did their job. Our salesperson was Nora, she was such a sweetheart and listen to what we wanted and sticked with our price range. Such a great experience with Nora, made everything really easy for us and explain all of our answers that we had.also mark the financial guy was awesome as well got to day got a pretty good deal on the car. I would really recommend this place to my friends and family. Harris was such a gentlemen and a big help when it came to explaining me all the gadgets my car came with, and help me set up my cell phone and dad's to the car and showed me how to use the Bluetooth connection and many other things for the car. Nora and Harris seemed to bend over backwards to sell me a car.They never seemed pushy(which i hate and would have driven me out of the dealership).
