BEWARE OF FINANCE MANAGER MARIAN CIERPIALA AND CASTLE HONDA DONT BUY CAR FROM THEM…..I HAD THE WORSE CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE WITH THEM. I brought 2014 honda odyssey from castle honda. I got a quote from a differ DONT BUY CAR FROM THEM…..I HAD THE WORSE CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE WITH THEM. I brought 2014 honda odyssey from castle honda. I got a quote from a different dealership through online and i took it with me here. The sale person said he will will match the price so everything good till now. so we went to finance depart and we talked to Marian Cierpiala for loan. Marian talked to us into buying extended warranty and he said if u are not satisfied with the warranty u can cancel it anytime within 60 days and u will get Full money back. He never explains that warranty is a PACKAGE that includes warranty plus Low Jack together for a price. He never explains it about Low Jack that once u install it u cannot uninstall it even if u cancel the warranty. U will only get warranty money back. Secondly after buying the car when we reached home i checked buying papers in detail and i realize he charged us insurance charges for $1800 without even explaining to us or talking to us. When i went back to talk to him to cancel that charges he refuses to take it out and he said he explained those charges before i signed the papers. Both me and my wife can't recall about him explaining those charges and by law he is suppose to cancel those charges if i don't want it. (U know thats his commission any extra charges). So we have to complain it to Honda Corporate and finally the senior manager agreed to cancel those charges out. More

I asked for a test drive and one-on-one introduction to the Honda Fit and he was very personable, considerate and always reachable by phone. I purchased a car today. I shopped around and ran across some personalities (me being nice) and Dan stood head and shoulders above the rest. I don't leave a 5 star unless I mean it.. I stand behind this review. More

He recommended 2015 Odyssey instead of 2014 and the price was good enough. Other dealers were struggling to bring a color what I like but he brought it to me within 2days. He told me the different options on the different models without a hiccup. He even took the time to discuss colors with me and what model would make me the happiest. It was not easy to find the car I wanted but he found it. The care and sweetness that he put into the interactions with me along wit the completely knowledgeable and real approach he took to answer all my questions was top notch. Accommodating and Fair I had experiences in car buying and some of them are not as quite good as my experience at Castle Honda. I was referred by friends to see a sales cons I had experiences in car buying and some of them are not as quite good as my experience at Castle Honda. I was referred by friends to see a sales consultant but apparently he was off during that time I was there. I was then greeted by another sales consultant by the name of Harris Fazal and asks me if there is anything he can do for me. I have decided to just go and asks him some questions and surely he was quite accommodating. He asks me if I wanted to test drive the CRV first and see how it feels before I make any decisions. He answered all my questions and I felt no pressure or any push from him. So, I decided to get the Honda CRV-EX 2014. Financing, I thought ran smoothly. I did a lot of calculations and options after options and they have given me what I wanted. It was a fair ballgame. Look for Harris Fazal when buying a car from this dealership. More

Castle Honda Sold Me a Lemon I bought a "new" 2013 Pilot from this dealership in Oct 2013, had misgivings given it already had 75miles on it, well my fears have been confirmed; th I bought a "new" 2013 Pilot from this dealership in Oct 2013, had misgivings given it already had 75miles on it, well my fears have been confirmed; the truck never drove straight, took it back in January and they changed a tyre they suspected was the problem, yet same problem subsists as I write, besides the first day I opened the moon roof about 2 weeks ago, it would not close. I was lucky that it did not rain that night. I took in the truck, which btw still has less than 2500miles on it to their repair shop 2 weeks ago and they still could not fix the problem of alignment though they fixed the moonroof, however, and most disconcerting is the noise coming from the engine, way louder and scarier than my 2011 Pilot which I still drive (the new truck is for my wife's). I have been into the shop on 2 occasions now and to say that the GM who also goes by his initials, AJ is a jerk is an understatement. Totally rude and condescending fellow that should not be allowed to speak to customers. Not only did he not call me back the next day after he may have gotten answers to me as promised, he did not for 10 days. I went in there an hour ago and he literally laughed me out of his shop claiming he lost my phone number (we have bought and financed 2 trucks from his shop). I just got a call from his director of service, Ron who appears to be cut from the same cloth. Clearly my last purchase from Castle Honda which appears to have become too big for small customers like me. I would love to seek redress from the manufacturer and would appreciate any lead from anyone More
