Great experience Me and my family came in to look at a vehicle we were not planning on buying one but the salesperson was so nice and so helpful and the best part was Me and my family came in to look at a vehicle we were not planning on buying one but the salesperson was so nice and so helpful and the best part was he gave us a great deal and treated us like family I did not get pressured at all I my family will be getting more cars from Harris and his manager Nora were great . Pleasant experience We purchased a new 2016 Accord from Castle Honda. Sales people were very nice and helpfull. They took our old car as a trade in without any problem. Great car buying experience. Great deal without trouble I dealt with Dan Pak and from the start he was fair and straight forward with us. I initially went to another dealer and they were trying give me a mu I dealt with Dan Pak and from the start he was fair and straight forward with us. I initially went to another dealer and they were trying give me a much higher price and to try to get me to walk out the door that day with that price. At Castle they did not pressure us and everyone was very helpful throughout the whole process. Castle gave me such a great price on a 2016 Honda EX-T that I did not bother going back to the other dealer. Overall this was a fantastic experience and I would recommend this dealer to anyone interested in a Honda. More

Bad Experience! Don't get fool by the finance they will add all the extra options without telling you that you have to pay for them. Specially the so called lo-jack t Don't get fool by the finance they will add all the extra options without telling you that you have to pay for them. Specially the so called lo-jack that cost $800.00 and extended warranty etc., I went back there within that week of purchase and told him to remove the lo-jack. But him and his manager said "NO" once they installed the device you can't cancel or refunded. Called the lo-jack company customer service and inform me that they can't cancel the device coz I did not get the device with them, Its up to dealer to give me the refund. I would not recommend this dealer and won't go back here in the future. By the way I purchase a brand new 2016 CRV here and that's a mistake. Hope this help someone. More
