To make a long story short I was cheated/ripped off of over $1,500 from the finance guy named Brent. I just can’t get over how awful the whole experience was. Tom Koss(sales guy) and AJ Mundell(manager) were just as bad because they saw what happened and didn’t do anything about it. Makes me sick to my stomach even to think about Castle Honda and that xxxxxx finance guy named Brent. Also-the people who are rating them highly it’s because they were FORCED to make a yelp review in front of them in order to get a free car wash. You can stick that car wash up your xxx Brent. More

As the title suggests, this was the very first time I had ever gone through the process of purchasing a vehicle. I can honestly say that up until Castle Honda the experience had been slow and not worth talking about. Then I met Tony. I could not have been more happy with my entire experience when I walked away. Tony walked me through every step of the way and more importantly he was incredibly personable and hilarious. He made me laugh, which yes is a good sales pitch, but it was never distracting. We joked but still focused on my concerns and questions. He walked me through all of questions, which there was a lot of. Tony went above and beyond to do everything he could to get me as much as possible with my purchase. When it comes down to it. I would personally recommend working with Tony if you're interested, or even beginning to look, in getting yourself a Honda. Or maybe something else, I don't know, Tony works magic. More
Very satisfied. We have purchased several cars from Nora & Harris from Castle. They both have been so accomodating, answered questions, and helpful with bluetooth. Tony Chammas was excellent and easy to work with. We just bought a Honda Pilot and Tony Chammas was great to work with.. I was able to test drive numerous times and he was patient and knowledgable. I bought a car from a salesman name Dan park, he was so nice and helpful when I'm purchasing a new car. But when I went back in for my 1st time oil change, they charged me $77. (the service guy should've told me that they are going to charge me but he didn't. All he said was I need ur signature. It's kinda my fault too. I should've checked the paper before I sign) So I said " I've never seen a dealership who charges 1st time oil change" and he said "u should call ur salesman about that" I was on my way to work and they already did the oil change so I had to pay and rush out from there, and I called DAN PARK (salesman)couple hours later and asked him if there's anything he can do for me. But his reaction was so rude, he wasn't the same salesman who Sold the car to me. He said " there's nothing he can do and his off that day so don't wanna deal with me" OMG What kind of salesman does that? I get it. U don't wanna work on ur day off , but still at least he could've said nicely I'm off today can I call u back tomorrow when I'm at work or something. His attitude really upset me so I called castle Honda to speak with sales manager her name was Nora or something, OMG, she's the worst she said ur problem is minor problems I have, don't call me again I'll call u back on Monday,(I called her twice cause she hung up on me). And of course I never heard from her. ( All this happened on Friday and today is Wednesday) I'm wasn't looking for free oil change, all I want was nice explanation. (I trade in 2015 Audi Q5. And I bought 2016 crv touring. And all paid off and even bought extended warranty, I'm not cheap person who trying to get free stuff all the time) More

Disappointed I have leased 3 vehicles in the past few years from this dealership. Always had an overall positive experience except this most recent time when I wen I have leased 3 vehicles in the past few years from this dealership. Always had an overall positive experience except this most recent time when I went in wanting a lease special they had on their website, only to learn that the ad was a gimmick. This has always been a dealership I have relied on top be straightforward and different from others. It really is disappointing that they have fallen to practices that entail not honoring their own specials they advertise online. More
A dealership is as good as the last person you dealt with Needed another car. Thought I had done my research. Had it narrowed down to three cars from three different manufacturers. Was all set to buy a last years model from another dealer. My mechanic of 15 years implored me to go talk to Tony Chammas at Castle. I always listen to my mechanic. Tony did not try to sell me anything. He listened and let me buy. And, he figured out how to get me into a this years CRV, more equipment, for less than the last years model elsewhere. Then, believing a sale is not made until after the sale, he would not let me off the lot until he felt I knew how to work essential items for my safety, comfort, and the unique reasons he had deduced I was buying this model. A real pleasure. My car is less than a month old and therefore I do not know what the future bodes. For me, now, this was the right decision. More
