Engine issue I was very disappointed in a Castle experience. I feel like they were borderline lying to me regarding an issue with a minivan. Basically they said on I was very disappointed in a Castle experience. I feel like they were borderline lying to me regarding an issue with a minivan. Basically they said one thing and then when questioned about it, changed the story. It came down to a known issue with my minivan that the symptoms I described I had matched with what the issue was. But they would not acknowledge it. They came up with excuses and changed the story so that my issue "could not be the issue" that was well documented. There are just times when you are know you are being screwed and basically have no alternative. I have heard other indicate issues with Castle as well. Never going there again. I will drive the extra distance to a different Honda dealership. Castle really puts a blemish on what would be a excellent Honda image in my mind. More

My brand new 2017 Honda Civic!! I work full time and I also go to school full time. This was the first time i stepped inside a car dealership to lease a car. I was ready to have to b I work full time and I also go to school full time. This was the first time i stepped inside a car dealership to lease a car. I was ready to have to be there for hours and get the runaround. My experience was the total opposite. I was literally there for a couple hours and I walked out with one of the best cars I have ever had. I owe it all to Brent and Dan. If it weren't for them two, I wouldn't be driving a reliable car to get me to work and school, safely. Brent worked his butt off to help a student in need. Dan helped me understand all of the ins and outs of the car I can finally call mine. They actually cared and wanted me to have a brand new 2017 Honda Civic. Like I said, this was literally my first time walking into a dealership and because of Brent and Dan, it was my best experience. More
