The process was very smooth from beginning to end. More specifically my brother and I would like to give high praised to our salesman Josh Ghaffari. Not only was he extremely genuine and honest, but also a true professional. His 4 years of knowledge and experience in auto sales was far superior to that of the salesman that I encountered at other local dealerships. His approach was quite relaxed and there was no pressure from him at all. After doing my homework and shopping around I knew that deal that I needed to make things work for me. Not only did I get to leave the dealership with a new Honda Accord, but I also left with my dignity still intact. General Service I bought my car in December through Harris and Noura. They made sure they gave me the best price possible along with amazing features. I came back 4 m I bought my car in December through Harris and Noura. They made sure they gave me the best price possible along with amazing features. I came back 4 months later for an oil change and they were more than willing to accommodate my requests. The GM AJ along with Harris and Noura made sure that I was guided to the right place to get the services needed on my car and so that I am satisfied. Along with that they were willing to give my car an overall check up to make sure that the car is running fine and that if there were any issues, parts would be orders and installed through my warranty. That being said, all the promises I was given when buying the car were kept along with providing additional services. I would highly recommend this dealer along with the employees there specially the ones mentioned above. More

Truly a no pressure dealer I am giving this dealer 4 stars because of my experience with their salesman, Matt. Unfortunately, I ended up walking away from the deal for financial reason. First off, I think this dealer truly is a no pressure dealer. Throughout my interactions w/ Matt, I never felt any pressure into buying a car there. If anything, I wanted to buy a car because of Matt. He was extremely patience with me..through all the multiple phone calls, through all the crazy texting, and being flexible w/ my constant back and forth about the car of the car. He was a champ. He smiled and laughed ....despite me changing my mind like a gazillion time. I especially liked that Matt didn't try to push unnecessary add-ons or maintenance package. I am taking 1 star off because the financing program in my opinion isn't that great. I was looking for a 2017 Honda CRV EX model...I was told that for someone w/ a credit score of 750+, the interest would be 4%. In my opinion, that's ridiculously high. More

Honda HR-V 2017 I went into this dealership not knowing what I was looking for or what to expect. I ended up leaving with a wonderful brand new Honda HR-V. Engine issue I was very disappointed in a Castle experience. I feel like they were borderline lying to me regarding an issue with a minivan. Basically they said on I was very disappointed in a Castle experience. I feel like they were borderline lying to me regarding an issue with a minivan. Basically they said one thing and then when questioned about it, changed the story. It came down to a known issue with my minivan that the symptoms I described I had matched with what the issue was. But they would not acknowledge it. They came up with excuses and changed the story so that my issue "could not be the issue" that was well documented. There are just times when you are know you are being screwed and basically have no alternative. I have heard other indicate issues with Castle as well. Never going there again. I will drive the extra distance to a different Honda dealership. Castle really puts a blemish on what would be a excellent Honda image in my mind. More
