Waited too long Dropped in to get the works with the oil change. I had to wait much longer than I had planned to because the guy working on my car decided to stop and Dropped in to get the works with the oil change. I had to wait much longer than I had planned to because the guy working on my car decided to stop and have a chat with an employee. I thought it would be a brief chat but he stopped working and chatted more than 15 minutes with a co- worker. I had to get to another location by a certain time but was late. I asked the desk was the guy training someone and he said no. The desk guy had to go an interrupt that long conversation. It wouldn’t have been so bad if he was working while talking but that wasn’t the case. More
