Negative Hawk Ford Review I preface by saying that I am in my late 50s. I’ve driven many cars. I have children. They have driven many cars. So this is not the first time I’ve ever been to a dealership service center. But it is the worst experience I’ve ever had. Although their initial phone call was very pleasant with Cathie, everything after that was not. Paul Stassin was condescending from the time I walked in. I was not told that there is a deductible. My headlights are not covered and according to Ford it is not unusual that sockets melt at the bulb. I did not get the work done because the cost to replace 2 sockets and 2 bulbs was $450. When I picked it up the headlight that was not working is and the other one is not. This confuses me. I will not buy Ford again. More
Was never kept informed. I was never informed of the progress of my vehicle. I was told it was a 4 hour job and took them a day and half to complete it. What a TREAT to work Hawk staff It was a long drive (2 hr) to go to Hawk but well worth the effort and not just because we got exactly the car we wanted. They made the process of not only easy but very pleasurable. Being treated as more than just another sale was refreshing.
