Went in for an oil change My visit was a good visit I had a coupon for an oil change which I believe it was a good price 49.00 with the coupon. This was my second visit my firs My visit was a good visit I had a coupon for an oil change which I believe it was a good price 49.00 with the coupon. This was my second visit my first oil change was a complimentary one so it was free. As before the greeter at the sales desk was very courteous and nice. And service was good. Over all I will go back again. unfortunately I don’t recall the gentleman at the front desk name. But for being a busy day on a Saturday he was very nice. (He was wearing a jacket that had A Chicago logo on it if that helps with who he is.) More

Repairs Within 1 year, had car in for brakes and rear defroster. Brake job took 3 times in to complete. And rear defroster twice. Terrible service!!!! I dropped off my 2017 ford Escape in for the works oil change. I received a call stating that I needed my air filter replaced, I told them I would do I dropped off my 2017 ford Escape in for the works oil change. I received a call stating that I needed my air filter replaced, I told them I would do that myself. They said fine and that my vehicle would be ready for pickup soon. I went and picked up my car and took it home. I removed the air filter and I went to the auto parts store and purchased a filter, came home replaced filter and for some reason I decided to check the oil and to my surprise it was OVER filled. I called them and they told me to bring it in so they could check it. They immediately took my vehicle in and came and told me it was over full and that they would do another oil change to it. I'm not a mechanic but common sense would be to check the dip stick to make sure the level was correct and that too much oil could cause damage to my car. I am not a happy customer. I have two fords that I bring in there for service but I doubt that I will be back. More
