Extremely disappointed. Terrible communication I never do work with dealers because I find them to be untrustworthy and price gouging. This was no different. My car took 2 weeks to be fixed — the l I never do work with dealers because I find them to be untrustworthy and price gouging. This was no different. My car took 2 weeks to be fixed — the length is not the issue given the holidays, but I was promised a week earlier multiple times. I was told initially that the work was covered by the warranty with just a $100 deductible, but later found out it was 2500+ in repairs. I had to contact them every single time (and multiple times each day) to try to get an update. I was not consulted before work was started. It was a complete nightmare More

Picking up my car I was told my car was ready to pick up. When I got there, it took them 30 mins to get my car. I actually just went to the back and got the keys from t I was told my car was ready to pick up. When I got there, it took them 30 mins to get my car.
