Service department did great job on my recall. Was quick drop off and pick up with no extra charges. Only place I had to wait was at cashier. Brought my 2011 Ford Taurus SHO into service for a howling and rattling noise in the rear end, turned out to be the rear axle assembly. Which luckily was covered under the warranty I have.
