Kathy from service was wonderful. She informed me how long it would be and got another service personnel to drive me home. she called after 2 hours as she said she would and informed me of what they had done to help. As I was in line for my paperwork, I saw Anthony G. who again made sure everything was done to my satisfaction and reassured me that if I was still having an issue to reach out to him and Kathy and they would try to rectify the problem no matter what. That made me feel very reassured. More

Wait time was way to long I was not satisfied with the wait. I signed in at 9:52 and my car was not even looked at until 11:37.
