I bought a ford in October ... I extended the warranty.... I paid extra for paint and interior protection.... I wanted the car to be the best car I ever bought.... fast forward to today...my car warranty.... I paid extra for paint and interior protection.... I call roadside assistance me, they ask me a lot of questions and then they leave me hanging, twice.... I call the local ford dealer and the person on the phone tells me that’s fords problem not there’s..... Really?! Can you figure out that every person in your company is a Ford representative? Thank god I have a AAA. Card.... in the morning I have to call so that they can bring my car to the Ford dealer in Cartersville, Ga. Your system doesn’t work very well.... Thank god this didn’t happen further down the road where I would have been stranded in the Smokey mountains... so I gave you my survey comment... I expect you to reply to me.... stranded in Georgia, Ralph Autullo 7540 15th Street, Vero Beach Florida 772-538-7008... I bought the car at Hawk ford, Oak Lawn, Illinois . I’m trying to get it fixed at Pugmire Ford, Cartersville, Ga... When I break down , I expect Ford to help me When I tell a human being that I am broke down and can’t get some computerized system to help me that They contact Ford and help me ... not make me fend for myself where I don’t know a soul... so let’s see what happens. I’m rating my Hawk Ford dealer high but I am rating Ford motor company low ....Found On Road Dead low... FORD... I want a response to this in a timely fashion More
