No disclaimer that pricing is subject to change in their ad on the site. When contacting them thru cars.com then they proceed to quote a price of over $44,000 for the same vehicle. This is blatant false advertisement and very unethical behavior. If they are adding a dealer mark up they should be upfront and properly disclose that as I’ve seen other dealerships doing on their listings. In fact, Ford has stated that they are against dealer mark ups and will even consider withholding inventory from dealers reported to be price gouging customers. This dealer should not be allowed to continue to advertise their cars on this site. More

The sale only took a few hours to complete and I took my new F150 home the same night. I'm looking forward to having my truck serviced by contract repairs when needed. My self repair days are ending. They sold my mother a lemon car and refused to help pay for any repairs. The car hasn’t been owned for 2 months and it has stopped working twice. We took it back to the dealership for repairs where they ch for any repairs. The car hasn’t been owned for 2 months and it has stopped working twice. We took it back to the dealership for repairs where they charged her $1300 to fix it. Then three weeks later, the same issue occurred. Terrible dealership More

Mr Steven was able to break the ice, and show me all the features and benefits newer models have. I told him, it doesn’t hurt to ask since I am also on the car business too. I was straight forward with him and told to be the same, which he did. After few hours of chit chatting, I called my wife and asked her to come by the dealership, since that was her Explorer bring service and the new Explorer was going to hers. After negotiating the new numbers for the new Explorer we were able to agree and I decided to buy it for her since this was a huge upgrade , The process was easy since Mr Steven Trudnos and the manager Chris Policarpio were there answering all my question, they are humble and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this guys, when you are looking for a used and new vehicle please visit Napleton Ford in LIbertyville A++++++ More

Found a quote for a brand new Ford Escape on their website but when I went there, they charged me a higher price. The salesman was aggressive and I felt pressure buying the car. Not only that, I reali website but when I went there, they charged me a higher price. The salesman was aggressive and I felt pressure buying the car. Not only that, I realized after I bought the car, there was already 3000 miles on the car. Two years later, when I took in for a routine oil change at a local autoshop, they found a moderate oil engine leak and bad rear shocks. I brought the car in to the service center here in Libertyville and not only did they not able to find the source of my leak but also told me to drive my car until they ordered new rear shocks. Rick, the service advisor there, initially told me it would take 5-7 business days but it has already been a month and I have not heard back. Every time I called them, they would shrug me off and said they did not have any time frame to tell me. I also talked to someone named Bob or Bill from service and not only he was short with me but also very rude. Their communication sucks. They don’t care about their customers. Their customer service is worst. My biggest regret is buying a Ford car especially from this dealership. They are unprofessional and unethical. More

We drove 40 minutes to test drive a truck that Napleton had listed on cargurus.com for $33,979. We drove the truck and sat down with the salesman, Sean O’Keefe, to work through the deal. He went to speak had listed on cargurus.com for $33,979. We drove the truck and sat down with the salesman, Sean O’Keefe, to work through the deal. He went to speak with the sales manager, Steve Potts, and after waiting 10-15 minutes, he came back with a price of $37,900, nearly $4,000 more than advertised. Sean said Steve was confused as to why it was online at that price. After another round of Sean speaking with Steve, he came down to $36,000. When we told Sean it was false advertising, he noted they had a disclaimer on the website that prices can change. This felt like another trick to get people into the dealership and a complete and utter waste of our time. We will never return to this dealership. More
