If I could give 0 stars I would. Avoid this dealership at all costs. They sold us an extended warranty-it didn't get put in the system. Then they charged us $7,730 for a repair (which the process in itself was a nightmare). After we found the paperwork for the extended warranty they tried to cover their tracks and put in the "start date" as October 2023 instead of the original date of 11/21. They still haven't refunded our money-they say they're waiting to get reimbursed from Ford first. So Napelton-you make a series of mistakes and expect the consumer to front you the money until you get reimbursed! Ridiculus!!! Not sure if we even want to keep our Ford and promote the brand-for sure I will drive out of my way to service it if we do keep it. More
I had a situation with one of the service guys over the phone and when I asked to talk to a manager, he repeatedly told me no, he wasn't going to do that. This went on for a little bit and then he hung up phone and when I asked to talk to a manager, he repeatedly told me no, he wasn't going to do that. This went on for a little bit and then he hung up on me. I called back and asked to be transferred to a manager and was immediately scolded by him and he wouldn't let me talk at all. I asked him to let me talk and he would not saying he will continue to do this. I hung up the phone and they began to text me to me like nothing happened. "My apologies, we got disconnected. when can we schedule to inspect for you.". This is by far the worse experience ever. I was never asked what happened, it was all one sided by their side. No verification of what happened just what that person was said and never what my side was. More
Napleton Ford gets an F from us. They sold us a lemon & they knew it. The engine light went on a few days after we bought it 1 year ago & it's been on ever since. Of course, they gave us the runaround about fixing it & even tho we brought it in to them 4-5 times they never did. After spending a lot of money with other mechanics we found out there is a serious problem with the crankshaft sensors; an expensive repair. There ought to be a law against dealers like Napleton. Very disappointed, last year I bought a car and the value was $12700, I went to buy another car today and trade the same car I bought last year and found out my car was damaged and they never told me about i was $12700, I went to buy another car today and trade the same car I bought last year and found out my car was damaged and they never told me about it . I asked them and when I bought it and they said NO, It never had a problem. I spoke to the manager today and he said I didn't work here last year and he doesn't know what really happend last year. Completely irresponsible, he refuses to take any responsibility as a company representative .I'v put trust in this company and not the people who work there, but I think they are not honest they most likely are professional cheaters so be careful. They value my car only $3,000, imagine in one year just for 20,000 miles more on it and they dropped the price 400% . More
Very disappointed I was sent the build sale and nothing said about paying over msrp. When ready to send a deposit, sales person said btw we need to add another $7000 because we know we can get it. This place does it all. ..low online price then add "fees". tryed to buy a hybrid that qualifies for a $4000 tax credit. Finance mgr looked at the IRS website and said he didnt think it was real. Had someone from another Ford place email me the xxxx form to prove it. price was 21,3k then Jim Mueller goes back and fills out the sales form and magically its now 24,4K. Theft Ins $399, Reconditioning $880 Doc fee $399. Then its the Let me go back to my manager routine to try and get this crap off. Never did see 21,300. My biggest mistake was giving them $500 "Refundable" deposit so i could leave and talk it over at home. I went back the next day Jim rescanned my card but said there was NO receipt. look at my back account 12hrs later its still not there. this is old time auto deception at its worst. idk how they stay in business. I had ordered a new ford lightning and had deposited the amount of $600.00. I changed my mind to purchase the truck due to recent reviews for the truck and battery. I let the dealership know about my decision. After two weeks and multiple phone calls, the general manager let me know that my money was nonrefundable. There was nothing to discuss. These were his last words. At no times I had sign any documents that stated the deposit was nonrefundable. I called the ford company and informed them about the dealership decision. They were very understanding and apologetic, however it was a dead end. They told me that they could not do anything about dealership decision as it was individually owned. There are certainly better dealerships in the area. I have dealt with many dealerships, but this one was the most deceiving one. More
Sales methods were an insult. Hiding trade in values, double talking savings, trade in offer was insulting. Markup above MSRP highest seen, sleeeeezy at best. Run!
