I went to Napleton Ford in Libertyville on 11/7/2011 with the intention of finding out if I could trade-in my 2009 Pontiac G8 GT for a new car, and lower my car payment. I walked in and was greeted by Tim B the intention of finding out if I could trade-in my 2009 Pontiac G8 GT for a new car, and lower my car payment. I walked in and was greeted by Tim Barcal, my randomly-assigned salesperson. Tim is definitely not the stereotypical salesperson, much to my delight! As a woman, and financial professional, I appreciate being treated with respect and integrity, and Tim accomplished both with ease. I did not "want" to trade-in my G8, because it was very sporty and fun to drive. The whole reason I went to the dealership was to see if I could lower my car payment while still being able to drive a nice car. We started out by test-driving an Escape, but it just wasn't "me". I then asked Tim if we could try a Mustang. He was more than willing to take the time to find the right option for my situation. When he was about to get the keys for the Mustang test-drive, I hesitantly asked if we could try a Taurus instead. I realized that I needed something more practical than a sport coupe, and he was happy to oblige my request. I was pleasantly surprised by the fit and finish of the Taurus, and the quality of the interior. It was a smooth ride, and very comfortable! The negotiations began ... Tim was a great mediator, and helped balance the deal for a win-win scenario. In the end, the dealership won my business, and I was able to get a brand new car with a lower monthly payment. Even though I traded in my muscle car for a sensible car, Tim was able to make the transaction as smooth and positive as it could be. I couldn't be happier! More
Tim and Tom were very upfront friendly and honest. I was very comfortable with them, Tom helped place the order for the fusion sel with Navigation and I was sorry to hear he left right before it arrived. Though I am thrilled to say that Tim stepped in and was very helpful and made the purchase so quick and helped me to understand my new car! I would definitely recommend Tim to my family and friends if they are looking for a Ford! I have to say my interaction with Larry was very displeasing. He misdirected me by telling me the fusion didn't come in the size engine I was looking for, at the time we believed him but after doing some further research on the web . I fugu red out it did indeed. Only reason why I interacted with him is that Tom wasn't in that day for a second meeting before ordering. On a better note, I have to say I am thrilled that it's the second day and I love my new car and glad I choose to purchase at Ford Napleton in Libertyville. I recommend though for the future that the Internet sales and in office sales share records so there aren't a cross over of calls as I did submit inquiries online and talked with in person. I mentioned working with Tom Mucia when filling out the forms online. Also, I know its not often but a notice that Tom was no longer with the dealership so I could have directed any inquires to whoever would be taking over my purchase would have been nice as I had been emailing him to check on the status as I was anxious for the arrival would have been better then walking in to say hello and finding out I was without a rep. Though it was comforting to know that there was word on a soon delivery date then expected! Overall I gave my ratings high end as I have been thrilled overall and hope to return for any maintance or service in the future!!! More

Napleton Ford in Libertyville went way beyond and and all expectations I had. They were extremely Professional and friendly. I have never had this great of an experience from any other Dealer in any part of expectations I had. They were extremely Professional and friendly. I have never had this great of an experience from any other Dealer in any part of this Country. I am an Active Duty Sailor and they showed there patriotism any and every way they could to me. They "took the pillows out of the Couch" to find me and save me as much money as they could and worked with me for what I was willing to pay for the vehicle and and even went under that. I will refer this Dealer to anyone I come in contact with anywhere in the world for the rest of my life. Thank you all so very much. More

The finance department was able to provide various options and assisted to make sure you received the best possible rate and deal. The experience couldn't have been more positive.....thanks guys!!!! We had shopped around at all dealerships for a 7/8 passenger vehicle. I was unfamiliar with the 2012 Ford Explorer and the new redesign. Steve the used car salesman was very helpful in taking care of the problems with the car. The sale was quick and easy. I went in on Friday at 5:30 pm to look at the car and I was out by 7:00 pm the purchase was complete. I would buy from this dealership again. More
My husband and I leased a 2012 Ford Escape from Napleton and Tim Barcal was our salesman. Tim was very friendly and it was evident that he had a love for the product. He was very friendly and helped make the experience a positive one. The lease price was excellent and we brought the Escape home yesterday. I've bought both a used and new car from Napleton Ford in the past 2 weeks. My daughter purchased a very nice used car and they were so certain of the quality of this vehicle that they provided a short-term warranty. I also bought a 2011 Explorer...there were no shell games with the money...they laid it all out clearly and were very reasonable when negotiating the trade-in value on my car, as well. Al was kind, knowlegeable, patient and made sure I understood all the bells and whistles on my new vehicle (and boy are there bells and whistles!). Mr. Finance Guy in the back room was very informative and FAST! Overall a great experience and I recommend this dealer highly! More
