I originally contacted Napleton Ford over the internet with a request for a quote on a 2013 Mustang GT. Rich was very helpful and gave me a great quote on a car that most dealers were not willing to negotiate on at all do to a very low supply of Mustangs all over the Chicagoland area. There was not high pressure tactics and the whole process went very smoothly. They even matched the very low rate my credit union was offering so I could take care of the paperwork quickly and easily after the Mustang I ordered was delivered. I would recommend the dealer and especially Rich to anyone I know with no reservations at all. They were great to deal with from test driving to answering questions to ordering to the final delivery. I owned my Ford Taurus for over 8 years when I decided it was time for a change. It was extremely cold outside, but inside a friendly and enthusiastic couple of people with good sense of humor made me forget all of that. Not only they gave me a great trade in value for my car, but they worked with me on recommending the best new vehicle for my needs. Aditionally, Tim fought to give me all possible discounts and I was able to get almost 25% off the MSRP price using the trade-in, different discounts, coupons and loyalty/auto show cash. Thank you for saving me thousands of dollars! I love my new Taurus. My CEO shortly after asked if I am driving a Cadillac. No, I said, I am driving the new Taurus. He could not believe his eyes. When I walk into a car dealership, my guard is up and my armor to fend off high pressure salespersons is on. I have to admit that I left Napleton Ford feeling a little guilty about the way I had anticipated encountering my preconceived enemy. It was horrible to find a friendly, patient sales crew that was willing to respond to all of my questions (many of which I already knew the answer to) in an honest and efficient manner. I researched my intended purchase and entered the dealership with a price cap that I vowed that I never would exceed. When I left Napleton, I had my car and had easily stayed under my cap. I guess that all I can say is thanks to Al Velez and the rest of the Napleton team. As far as my preconceived attitudes and notions, the service department still has to deal with me. :) More
I have been a customer (both service and sales) of this Dealership for about 16 years now and I must say they are good people to deal with. I had a nagging problem with my 2008 Explorer and while it did t Dealership for about 16 years now and I must say they are good people to deal with. I had a nagging problem with my 2008 Explorer and while it did take a few visits to sort out the actual problem they did get get to the bottom of it. The initial visit for this issue was under warranty. At the time Gene Holst the Service Manager after consulting with Ford indicated he was not sure the problem was fixed but should a fix come about he would take care of it. Two years later I had the issue looked into again and Gene stood by his word and the problem has finally been fixed. I have tried other places for service as like most you sometimes get the feeling the dealer is overpriced but I have learned over the years no one knows the car better than the dealer. They have the training, knowledge and tools to service the car in a much more efficient manner than others I have tried. The sales department is also very good to deal with. One of the things that I like about this dealership is the lack of turnover with key people like Gene Holst and that says a lot. I will continue to do business with Napleton Ford as long as I live in the area and they continue to conduct business this way. More
I bought my Ford F250 from Napleton. They were in teh right location and after going to Treucar.com to get Good, Better, Best price quotes, i went to napleton adn they actually beat the best price. I have had my vehicle in for two scheduled oil changes and one unscheduled service issue - a major problem with the brakes. They had done excellent work and treated me very well with a loaner car for teh brake isue which lasted several days. I would not hesitate to recommend them and I would definitely buy from them again. More
