Car buying made "palattable" is what I would call my experience with Rich Freni and Steve Potts of Libertyville Napleton Ford. They gave me honest information, worked with me to find my car at a reasonable price, (confirmed by internet searches), and put no pressure on me. The trade-in value was also reasonable and above what I thought I would get. The icing on the cake was that on the day of the sale, my trade-in would not start. They told me they would work with me and they did. I knew what the problem was and they confirmed my suspicions. They only took off my trade-in the cost of the parts. I cannot express exactly how happy I was to work with Rich and Steve and I would highly recommend them and Napleton to anyone tired of the usual "car buying games"! More

My car that I bought from Napleton Ford was stolen and totaled so I had no way to get around. I came back to this dealership to get a new Ford Fiesta. Tom Mucia was able to get me the 2013 Fiesta for the totaled so I had no way to get around. I came back to this dealership to get a new Ford Fiesta.
