Great Service and Communication I took my Ford Escape in for service because of a transmission issue. Scott took it in right away, got me in a loaner and on with my day. Transmissi I took my Ford Escape in for service because of a transmission issue. Scott took it in right away, got me in a loaner and on with my day. Transmission was rebuilt and a couple other small warranty items were fixed in four days. We got the Escape back clean and fully operational. It was smooth service with little to no interruption in my daily life. What more can you ask for in a shop? More

Honest & Helpful I recently brought my car in for routine maintenance--oil change and tire rotation. I unintentionally left my cell phone in the car. The service writer brought me the phone before I left the shop. Nice to know there are still honest, helpful people out there! When he called to tell me my Explorer was ready for pick-up, he indicated I would need brakes next spring. He told me there would be an estimate attached to my bill when I arrived. This now allows me to budget for the upcoming expenditure. Great customer service that exceeded my expectations. More

NAPLETON BLOWS AWAY ANY CAR DEALER I HAVE EVER DELT WITH.IN SERVICE&SALES.I bought a Ford escape last night that I thought it was a very fair deal. so anyway my wife drove the escape home & ON THE way home the passenger head light went out,the vehicle started shaking at 40mph to 55mph & the check engine&change oil lights lit up.My wife called RICHARD RANDAZZO panicked, He told her not to worry &to just bring it back.well after her sleepless night I brought it back.I WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED . HE GOT THE service advisor JOE RYAN TO IMMEDIATELY GET THE ESCAPE LOOKED AT, HE CONCLUDED THE #4COIL PACK WENT BAD! SO THEY PUT A NEW COIL PACK IN and a oil sensor leaked so they put a new one in.,THEY PUT a new head light in,they rotated the tires,changed the oil & did a 25 point . inspectio,& topped off all fluids ect. Oh yea! THEY WASHED ALSO.!!!ALL FOR NO CHARGE!! YEP! NO CHARGE. I WILL ONLY GO TO NAPLETON FROM NOW ON!???????????????????????? AWSOME! DEALER!! More

New engine for my 2013 Ford Escape I brought it in to Napleton Ford for a reoccurring problem they they initially could not reproduce. But the engine fault light came on again I took i I brought it in to Napleton Ford for a reoccurring problem they they initially could not reproduce. But the engine fault light came on again I took it right to them and within one day the engineers at Ford were on top of it along with the people at Napleton Ford. They ended up putting in a brand new engine and Dan Weichbrodt did the installation and Natalie Russell the Service advisor really made me feel at ease and kept me in the loop every step of the way. It took about two weeks to do which was pretty quick for a 20 hour job, just got the suv back today ( 1-9-15) and so far so good. We are taking it on a trip to Florida soon so that will be a good test. I just wanted to say how great all of the service people were to us as well as The manager Jack. More
