Poor sales experience Consider yourself warned: I was unable to see the person I was recommended to because his voice mail was always full in a weeks time. Why not clear Consider yourself warned: I was unable to see the person I was recommended to because his voice mail was always full in a weeks time. Why not clear it on a daily basis? Duh! When I arrived at the dealership to see this person on a early Saturday morning, I was informed he was "around" and was pawned off to someone else. I waited two hours! Never mind nobody was aware of my emailed spec sheet. There was no advance notice of our special order vehicle arrival making it difficult to make the neccessary arrangements with my company. The finance manager assumed correctly of our stellar credit rating but needlessly queried five other banks that do not handle commerial financing resulting in unneccesary hits against our credit score because of so many look ups. Lastly, ABSOLUTELY no customer follow up on a $37K vehicle. Only when the salesman needed information AFTER the sale did I hear from them. Overall...F- Ken Lang More
2012 Hyundai accent breaking down with in 4months I got this car in February and now it's June and my car is breaking down. First the brakes front and back and now my check engine light is on. Daisy was our first contact and indicated that there was one available that fit our specific needs. Then after arriving we were really tired but they were extremely helpful and very relaxed atmosphere. The entire process was very easy. I pointed out some small issues and Jim M. was very understanding and took care of everything for us. After the sale they continued to be very attentive. Thanks to Jim, Daisy and the entire crew! Listened to me and delivered!!! I had a lot of stress leading up to me having to buy a car, including my old car having a blown engine. I walked into Napleton Ford and was greeted b I had a lot of stress leading up to me having to buy a car, including my old car having a blown engine. I walked into Napleton Ford and was greeted by David Melamed. After I explained to him how stressful things had been(a lot of hospital visits in a month for multiple family members, including myself) David took the time to really listen to me and and my concerns. He showed me a couple of cars that fit my criteria and after a smooth test drive on the third one, a Ford Fusion(!), he helped me make everything work for me to drive away in comfort and ease. More
