The managers Paul and Mike are fantastic and very easy to deal with as was our salesperson.Dave and Bill who shared the burden of taking care of us. The general Manger Kevin also was a bit involved and really appreciative of our business. We highly recommend this dealer.! More

Me and my husband are already talking about purchasing another vehicle from him. He took the time to work out a deal and didn’t screw me over like another dealership had in the pervious years. If you go to Napleton ask for Jim! More

On September 26th a check engin light came on and I got the error p0128. It means that the engin in running too cool, The main cause of this is usually the thermostat may be stuck open. It seems like this was a common issue for Trailblazers. I called the dealership on the 27th and spoke with someone about fixing it. I had to wait for the service department to open the following days but as long as I reported it they could fix it is what I was told. I live a hour and a half away. They had no loaner cars available. They just got out of a strike so there was a backlog of repairs. They would have to transport it to the chevy certified dealership to fix it. I was leaving for a 3 week long vacation soon. I was worried that they would not be able to fix it by the time I left for vacation and finding a person to drive me out there and back twice would be a difficulty. So me and whom I spoke to at the service department made a deal. All I asked for was a 30 dollar check to cover the price of the thermostat and and I would get a neighbor or friend to put it in. The person I spoke to agreed. He said that wouldn't be a problem. I see it as I'm saving both him a repair and me a headache of going out there and back twice. I got back from my vacation on November 5th and no check from them. I called them on November 8th and couldn't speak to a manager ( he may not have been in) left my name and number with lady I spoke to. Never got a call back. Called on November 14th, and couldn't speak to a manager, left my name and number with lady I spoke to. Still no call back and now I'm done. They can keep the 30 dollars. This isnt woth the hassle. It seems if this is how their service department operates with something small than I would never trust them with something big. Especially when I was doing them a favor. No critisim for the sales team. The one who sold me the car was great. More
Dealer Experience Did not show us the Costco Program pricing so we lost out on that additional $1,000.00 discount. We agreed on a final price and then $40.00 extra was Did not show us the Costco Program pricing so we lost out on that additional $1,000.00 discount. We agreed on a final price and then $40.00 extra was added to the price so Mike C. did not have to explain a "loss" to his boss. Showed us financing at a rate of 3.9% then the finance Department charged us 6.9% (doubt they ran our credit scores). Finance Manager had incorrect name, address on receipt for down payments and extended warranty but amounts were correct. Finance Manager conveniently "forgot" to give us the financing paper work AND told us we had to make a minimum of 3-4 payments to keep the rebates we received or they would be added back. Per Ford Credit, an out right lie so we refinanced with our bank at a much. much lower rate!!!! Positive note, they loaned me a dealer plate so I could take the car I wanted to trade home. I sold it for 13 times more than what the dealer offered us. More

Poor sales experience Consider yourself warned: I was unable to see the person I was recommended to because his voice mail was always full in a weeks time. Why not clear Consider yourself warned: I was unable to see the person I was recommended to because his voice mail was always full in a weeks time. Why not clear it on a daily basis? Duh! When I arrived at the dealership to see this person on a early Saturday morning, I was informed he was "around" and was pawned off to someone else. I waited two hours! Never mind nobody was aware of my emailed spec sheet. There was no advance notice of our special order vehicle arrival making it difficult to make the neccessary arrangements with my company. The finance manager assumed correctly of our stellar credit rating but needlessly queried five other banks that do not handle commerial financing resulting in unneccesary hits against our credit score because of so many look ups. Lastly, ABSOLUTELY no customer follow up on a $37K vehicle. Only when the salesman needed information AFTER the sale did I hear from them. Overall...F- Ken Lang More
