AVOID. Napletons Ford took $2180.00 for an extended warranty package I purchased directly through them. They didnt enter my warranty correctly into the "fo Napletons Ford took $2180.00 for an extended warranty package I purchased directly through them. They didnt enter my warranty correctly into the "ford protect systems" and when i went to visit the dealer they claimed I did not have coverages. Since purchase, their finance manager Jacey Perez was fired. Ive submitted a complaint to the Federal Trade Comission, and the Attorney Generals office. Next is the Better Business Bureau. They took my money and their Finance director had not fulfilled his duties of filing the correct paperwork to rectify the issue. When questioning the issue in person, the General Sales manager Paul did nothing to help. Zero follow up. Their finance manager Bobby after working at this store for 2.5 years told me hes never seen one of these "Ford Protect" contracts. He was superbly useless in finding a solution. I was having to call and follow up daily to find out there was no update. I would never again, consider Napletons for any reason. What a total sham. It doesnt surprise me this Dealer group was fined by the FTC two years back. I wonder if there could be others that havent had to use their warranty yet that have the same errors on their contracts. I was refused a test drive in the vehicle that I was interested in, a Ford F-150 Platinum. The sales girl claimed that they didn't want to put miles on that one and said that I could test drive a hybrid interested in, a Ford F-150 Platinum. The sales girl claimed that they didn't want to put miles on that one and said that I could test drive a hybrid Lariat. She brought around an XLT, which has a much rougher ride. She took my driver's license multiple times, before and after the test drive and took pictures of it with what appeared to be her personal iPhone. They were also not offering pricing similar to other dealerships. It was a bad experience all around, not to mention the sales manger bad-mouthing other local dealerships when I told him that Napleton's prices were not competitive on similarly appointed vehicles. More
