I purchased four tires from them, the quality of the tires was great. However staff seemed to be a bit taxed if you will, not real friendly. Kyle, Leland and the Countryside Ford Service Team were very friendly and communicated to us well with the diagnosis, quote and time frame to get repairs done to fix our air conditioning Service Team were very friendly and communicated to us well with the diagnosis, quote and time frame to get repairs done to fix our air conditioning on our older Mustang. Our oil change and tire rotation was handled well. However, after finding a screw in the sidewall of one tire, we ended up purchasing four new tires. The alignment machine wasn't working and we were However, after finding a screw in the sidewall of one tire, we ended up purchasing four new tires. The alignment machine wasn't working and we were promised apologetically that we would be notified when the apparatus was fixed and we would have to return to have the alignment done. After not hearing for a week, we scheduled the alignment with another dealership and it was completed. As of today, 2 weeks later, we still have not received a call about getting the alignment done! More
