Honestly. 4th of July, The guy was spot on!! I Woke up on the 4th, feeling anxious and good about the day. I wanted to purchase or lease a vehicle. But I didn’t know what to expect, so I decided I Woke up on the 4th, feeling anxious and good about the day. I wanted to purchase or lease a vehicle. But I didn’t know what to expect, so I decided to go to Napleton, Ellwood City because I heard some good things about the dealership. I ran into a salesman in the front lot named Joe. First and foremost, This guy was phenomenal. I told him what I was looking for and how I live in the City of Pittsburgh, so a 4x4 was a must. I have a 3 month year old baby so safety was a major concern. He introduced me to the Jeep Cherokee Latitude Plus. Told me all the features and safety updates while showing me first hand how they all work. I was with my wife at the time with our baby. I really liked his attitude and how he knew exactly what vehicle we were interested in. We had a car seat but He willingly said He will be safe with me while you test drive. Obviously that’s a big thing I don’t trust just anyone. That’s trust!! We discussed it between ourselves and let him watch our son. He was not only a professional. He took great care of our baby and that to me and my wife speaks a lot about the salesman we had today and the Dealership. That guy deserves a raise not only did he watch our baby but he had every bit of knowledge when we had all the questions. I didn't know car buying could be a good experience! My husband and I had visited another dealer with a not so good experience, and happened upon Napleton on the way home thinking it wouldn't be much bet My husband and I had visited another dealer with a not so good experience, and happened upon Napleton on the way home thinking it wouldn't be much better. We were so surprised with the great service and left after their normal hours with a great vehicle at a great price. Yes, they stayed late and obviously got paid for it, but they were through it all too. Tom was our salesman and we were so impressed with the pleasant, comfortable, no pressure interaction with him, but it didn't stop there. Everyone was smiling, joking, friendly, and so easy to deal with. They were real people making a living by treating us like real people who needed a car without feeling hassled or ripped off. We didn't leave feeling like we should have gotten a better deal, and I don't know why we haven't heard of this dealership before. We'll definitely recommend them to family and friends, and will look here first for any future car needs. Napleton sets the bar high for a car buying experience! More
