Given estimated wait time of 1 hr - 1. 5 hrs. Ended up taking 2 hrs and 45 minutes. Would not have opted to wait at the dealership if accurate wait time was given. No updates throughout ser 5 hrs. Ended up taking 2 hrs and 45 minutes. Would not have opted to wait at the dealership if accurate wait time was given. No updates throughout service, their “real time” online tracker is inaccurate. Had to search for service advisor Fernando to get updated wait time after 2 hours of patiently waiting. Was told “Well software updates take a long time”. Asked how much longer, says 10-15 minutes and seems irritated I bothered him from doing nothing. Ended up taking 45 minutes longer. If you know a service will take 2+ hours, be honest with the customer upfront. My only thanks is to the service tech Emanuel who handed me my keys and paperwork afterwards. More

Always kind, courteous and efficient always gets the job done. If something is going on with my vehicle like I had a missing part they caught it. I didn’t see it so glad that they did it. Fernando was great to work with. I previously had a bad experience with a tire rotation.
