Finance guy was too busy thinking about dinner and had me waiting for 3 hours for a 5 min. Process. They were not rushing. It took 2 days to get the deal done. Too much time It took way too much time at the dealer to complete the purchase transaction. The sales rep had to fill out many hand-written forms which was extremel It took way too much time at the dealer to complete the purchase transaction. The sales rep had to fill out many hand-written forms which was extremely tedious to watch. He should only have to enter the basic information once and have all of the forms printed up - it would have saved hours. There were also unexplained delays where he would disappear on us. We almost walked out at one point. More
Attention to Detail Needs Some Work Of the 3 times that I have purchased a car from Rogers, this experience was less than desirable. The antenna was left off my car and I had to return to dealership to have it put on. The salesman did take care of that. The car was not washed well at the point of delivery. I pointed that out to the salesman. After I washed the car thoroughly myself, there is a scratch on it. If the car had been thoroughly washed and cleaned at delivery this would have been caught, because it is on the driver's side of the car. Once noted, hopefully, Rogers would have made arrangements to buff it out. The wait to see the finance man was a little lengthy. More
