Save yourself the headache! Worst sales department WORST experience! I will NEVER EVER go there again and I will never recommend this place to anyone and I will never trust them again! They only provid WORST experience! I will NEVER EVER go there again and I will never recommend this place to anyone and I will never trust them again! They only provide you with false and unreliable information and poor sale department. I took my Hyundai Elantra there on Thurs Oct 29th 2016 and I get the car back on Mon Oct. 1st 2016. I went there since my Hyundai's driver airbag was deployed, not in an accident, but because the tow hook hit a speed bump. I took it to Rogers (wish I didn't) b/c they were the closet Hyundai dealer. They gave me an unreasonable quote of ~$5500 for the repair ($3500 for just the airbag and sensor repair and $2000 to replace the frame that they claimed it was damaged as a result of hitting the bump). I was recommended by service department to talk to sales department and their sales guy, Ramses told me that they can buy my Elantra from me and it seemed like a good option since the value of the car was around $5500. After some negotiations with the salesman, named "Ramses Mejias" and after he looked at my car, we got a deal of $3500. He also insisted that I had to take a look at the other cars that they have and gave me a Chevy to test drive for a day. I asked him specifically that if $3500 deal for my Elantra is dependent of whether I buy a car from them and he said NO. I brought the car back next they and said that I did not liked it and told him if I can come on next Monday morning to finalize the deal and he agreed. On Monday morning, after waiting for almost an hour for him to come in, he suddenly changed the deal to be conditioned on buying a car from them and not just any car a specific suv Buick!!! As simple as you can imagine! This is why you should not believe whatever they say, NEVER! I got nothing in talking to him and the customer service guy, Levern, who was not helpful at all!! Then I asked them to bring my car to go, and after waiting for another hour and after they made me pay $90 for the service, this is what I got:"We could not find your keys!" YES, they LOST my key! Can you believe it?!!! and apparently the after the sales guy, Ramses, took my car key and went to take a look when we were negotiating on the price he never took the keys back to the service department. Well I lost half a day on Friday negotiating with the sales guy, half a day on Monday waiting for the Ramses guy to come in and change his mind and tell me he never told me the deal we made on Friday and no car keys. The service manager, (I think his name is Eddie), was running around and looking for my car keys and he was the only person that seemed to care about my lost car keys. (Thank you Eddie if you are reading this...Rogers group is lucky to have. You seem to really care about costumers and I am sure many people come back because they see a good costumer care from you). The sales guy didn't even moved from his desk to look for my keys even though it was communicated to him. I had to use my spare key to get my car from this xxxx. I called Rogers group later on Monday to talked to a manager and communicate this issue. Well he said he will get back to me but he never did. ( I forgot his name) So I called again on Tuesday and talked to Mario Tarchala and communicated the issue and he was nice enough to schedule with the service manager and get back to me to make new keys for my car. (Thank you Mario and Eddie if you read this). So I spend Friday, Monday and Weds at Rogers Hyundai to get to the first point I was a week before that and had to go through all the frustration. I wish they understand people's time matters and when they spend half a day dealing with the sales department they don't want to come back on the next business day and hear that not only the deal is off the table but been accused of misunderstanding. So, I feel so sorry for all the poor customers who have deal with them. I am sure I will NEVER EVER come back there. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. You should go somewhere that appreciate your time. More

Dealership, awesome... Xchange leasing... Not so much I really enjoyed my experience at Rogers Auto Group. I believe the leasing program I entered into is extremely overpriced for the product/service. But I really enjoyed my experience at Rogers Auto Group. If there was a way to offer more affordable or reasonable leasing options for the Xchange leasing program. That would be lovely. More
