Service department Let me preface this first, by saying, everyone I dealt with here at Roger's Auto Group customer service has been A1 (yay Bruce Starks & Dewayne)...EXC Let me preface this first, by saying, everyone I dealt with here at Roger's Auto Group customer service has been A1 (yay Bruce Starks & Dewayne)...EXCEPT the service dept 😑😐!!!! I bring the car in for oil change - ignored for SEVERAL minutes. Leave the area come back, after maybe another 5-7 minutes Dewayne takes my info & starts the process. Go back after almost 90 minutes to see if car ready - no one in area. I call (while standing in middle of service dept😑) told car ready. Get my key - THE BATTERY & BACK OF KEY FOB ARE MISSING😤) they replace the battery & tell me I have to go to Ford dealership & request replacement/key fob back...I was thinking about coming here in future but NO THANK YOU! Nor will I recommend the service department for ANYTHING...smdh😤🤐 More

Yes, you can get a plug-in Sonata in Chicago Hyundai doesn't allocate plug-in hybrid Sonatas to the mid-west states, but I wanted one after seeing it make the Wards 10 Best Engines. No problem. Kevin found one that was resting temporarily in Wisconsin at the price I wanted. My salesman Peter took delivery of the car and I had it the next day in Chicago. Rogers Hyundai is solid, really good. They're stuck located where the sales tax is 1/4% higher than most other Hyundai dealers in the Chicago area, but for me, their location is ideal and I am very pleased with the car, the sales people at Rogers and with Bob, the Service Manager. More

Rogers Excellence! I came in to get an oil change on my 2006 Sonata. By the time I left several hours later, I was driving a 2017 Sonata.
