From our initial call, Sean was professional, caring, and had a "we can do this" attitude. Usually, when calling from Hawaii I get a disappointed response with the normal "we don't sell many cars to Hawaii." Sean did everything possible to make the deal work. He even braved the frigid weather to do a FaceTime inspection of the car while I sat in the 82 degree shade in Hawaii. Sean returned every text and voice message, kept me informed, and explained exactly how the deal could happen. After deciding to make the purchase, Sean made it happen. He allowed the shipping company to contact him directly and he became my representative. He quickly addressed a last minute issue that arose the day before the truck was scheduled to pick up the car and transport it to Long Beach, CA. He took photos of the car being loaded onto the truck and again kept me informed of the progress. Well, the car is somewhere on the Pacific Ocean and I'm sure I'll be happy when it's here.
