Honestly, the worst service department I've ever been to in the Chicagoland area. I purchased a 2005 used vehicle from Roger's Auto Group in June of 2019. The car was sold as a creampuff mint condition vehi in the Chicagoland area. I purchased a 2005 used vehicle from Roger's Auto Group in June of 2019. The car was sold as a creampuff mint condition vehicle with only 12500 miles on it. The car was supposed to have been completely checked out by service and nothing wrong with it. I brought the car to my mechanic after I purchased the vehicle to have it looked at. Upon inspection my mechanic found the power steering rack was leaking, and the lower intake manifold gasket. When I confronted Rogers Auto Group about the problem, they were extremely rude to me. They told me they would not pay for the repair to be fixed anywhere else but at their facility. They also told me I wouldn't have to pay for my repair. I brought my car to Roger's auto group for the repair, and they still charged me $600. Nine months and 9000 miles later, the lower intake gasket was leaking again. I brought the car to my mechanic to have it repaired. My mechanic found serious deficiencies with the way that the mechanic repaired it from Rogers Auto Group. From terrible workmanship, too outdated parts. When confronting Roger's auto groups Service director ( Ed Woods) he refused to pay for the repair or give me any type of refund. I don't know how their sales department is, but I would certainly stay away from their service department. I have filed a complaint with the Illinois Attorney General, and I will be filing a lawsuit in small claims court Cook County More

I came in to purchase and get a bed liner installed in my GMC C The Service Manager, Tony Serpico, and his team made me feel like a special customer. I came in to purchase and get a bed liner installed in my GMC Canyon. Rick Villasenor in the Parts Department found me a Chevy Colorado liner with the same fit for a lot cheaper. They had it installed while I waited and were extra accomodating to make sure I could apply my GMC Rewards points toward the purchase. I will definitely come back here for all my service, and would highly recommend it to others. More
