DO NOT GO HERE! THEY START OUT RIPPING YOU OFF. AND SELL YOU PRODUCTS THAT THEY DON'T HONOR. I BOUGHT AN EXTENDED WARRANTY. THEY SAID IT WAS BUMPER TO BUMPER. BUT THEY DIDN'T HONOR IT. NOR DID THEY H SELL YOU PRODUCTS THAT THEY DON'T HONOR. I BOUGHT AN EXTENDED WARRANTY. THEY SAID IT WAS BUMPER TO BUMPER. BUT THEY DIDN'T HONOR IT. NOR DID THEY HONOR THE MANUFACTURER WARRANTY THAT WAS STILL ON MY CAR. JUST GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING ELSE FROM THEM. AND I WILL MAKE SURE I TELL OTHERS. I took my vehicle to Rogers Auto Group in Chicago, IL because the screen for the back-up camera was glitching. The radio otherwise worked fine. When I retrieved my car, they said there are no parts to fi because the screen for the back-up camera was glitching. The radio otherwise worked fine. When I retrieved my car, they said there are no parts to fix the screen because they are backordered. After I left, I discovered the screen was now black and the radio would not come on. I returned to the service department only to be told it was "broken when you brought it in" and there is nothing they could do. They refused to accept responsibility for returning my vehicle worse than when I brought it in. Despite showing a video captured today displaying the problem (but also distinct in the video is a functioning screen) prior to dropping off the car, they dismissed me without help. I also asked them if the vehicle was safe to drive in this condition and they said "of course", despite the fact that backing up without this camera may be dangerous. The service director then got involved, and he was very dismissive and patronizing. More

Waited a week for an appt. Whet in on a Wed. @ 9 am, got the car back Fri. @ 1 p.m. Had to rent a car. Paid for the service went around the block and the same condition accrued again as for what it went in the car back Fri. @ 1 p.m. Had to rent a car. Went back to the dealer and was told NO MECHANIC can look @ it until the following mid week , the earliest would be Wed. of the following week. I feel that the problem was never fixed in the 1st place. Being a SENIOR CITIZEN & A WOMAN, I feel disrespected and another period of time will be wasted. Can't afford not having my car and paying for another rental. Was told to go and use my car and they will call me when the have a mechanic available according to their schedule . Wonder when that will be and what they are going to charge me this time. I brought the car in a couple yrs ago for some other matter and the same thing happen, They said it was fixed and I drove it out of the garage and the problem was not fixed, returned it and wasted another 1/2 day for the problem to be fixed. Very BAD SERVICE and VERY BAD REPAIRS. Too bad their is only one dealership in Chicago that you can take your car to be fixed. Being a SENIOR they made me stand while they decided what NOT to do. No place to sit on a hot day. More
