Great experience For the 2 weeks prior to my visit at Rogers, I went to multiple dealers around the city. I was uncomfortable, people were pushy and weren't really li For the 2 weeks prior to my visit at Rogers, I went to multiple dealers around the city. I was uncomfortable, people were pushy and weren't really listening to my needs. When I walked in to Rogers, everything was totally different. I felt comfortable, everyone was helpful, courteous and respectful. I actually enjoyed buying my truck there, I will definitely be back in the future. Thank you again. More

Service Review I took my car to get serviced on 3/29/2017 upon my arrival to pick up my car after I PAID they were not able to locate my car or car keys. I waited ov I took my car to get serviced on 3/29/2017 upon my arrival to pick up my car after I PAID they were not able to locate my car or car keys. I waited over an hour before I spoke with Brian the sales manager and he indicated my car must be locked in one of their secure lots, but he didn't have access to it and my keys must have been left in my car which was very alarming for me. He told me I needed to wait until 7am the next day and the service director Frank would be able to access the other lot. I questioned why would my car be there with my keys and Brian rudely exclaimed he didn't know and that lot was closed. I then inquired how was I suppose to get home and Brian very condescendingly states "He didn't know" as if it was my fault they couldn't find my car. The next morning at 6:45am when I started calling I was hung up on by the unprofessional operator who had a terrible attitude when I was calling trying to see if they had found my car. Once I was finally able to speak to Frank an hour and 15 minutes later of calling-he told me they found it. Frank who had previously offered to pay for my uber I took the night before then asked if I wanted a free oil change from them instead -__- I just asked for my keys and left. Not only was I super late getting home dealing with them losing my car I was also late to work the next morning and throughout this entire experience no one ever offered an apology or any type of sincerity towards their terrible service. I highly do NOT recommend giving them your business unless you want to pay for being treated unfairly, rude, disrespectful, ignored, and atrocious customer service. More
