Totally exceeded expectations I went into the Rogers today after doing a ton of research on Dealerships across the Chicagoland area. I had a pretty specific request based on the research I had done but my expectations were still that I would be stressed during the entire process and walk away with some form of "buyers remorse". I'm happy to say there was none of that. Peter was completely laid back and let me walk through my own selection process and went the extra mile to find me a car that wasn't on the lot. He and Wally put together a good deal on it and I was on my way. At no time did I have that "I just want to get out of here feeling". Peter even made sure my laptop bag was secure when I had to step outside and take a call. Would recommend Peter and this dealership to anyone! More

Great Experience! I recently leased a Hyundai Tucson from Rogers Auto Group and was pleasantly surprised with the entire experience. I'd been shopping around and knew e I recently leased a Hyundai Tucson from Rogers Auto Group and was pleasantly surprised with the entire experience. I'd been shopping around and knew exactly what I wanted - I just hadn't found the right dealership. Visits to other dealerships included less than impressive customer service or simply a lack of inventory meeting my requirements. I reached out to Rogers Auto Group online and Kevin very quickly got in touch with me to better understand what I was looking for. While the inventory wasn't in stock at Rogers, he was able to find the exact vehicle I was looking for at another dealership and provided me information, quotes and additional insight quickly and easily via email and phone conversations. I didn't feel like I was getting a "sales-y" approach from him and felt like he respected my questions and truly wanted to help me find my next vehicle. Once Kevin found the vehicle he suggested that I swing by for a quick visit to get the paperwork started and meet Ramses. I really appreciate both Kevin and Ramses taking steps to make this as simple a process as possible. Coming in to start paperwork on Friday evening meant that Saturday morning was a breeze! I've heard horror stories from people about spending hours on end in dealerships trying to complete this process. Not for me! I didn't feel like I spent any time sitting around and waiting. Ramses walked me through all of the options, the paperwork and an overview of the new vehicle. It had been years since my last new-car purchase, so I definitely had questions. Ramses was patient and informative and made sure he got the answers if he didn't know them already. He even walked me through the service department and explained exactly how things will work when I need to bring the car in for routine service, oil changes, etc. His attention to detail and pleasant attitude really helped me walk away from this experience feeling great. I've already shared this experience with many of my friends and will definitely recommend Rogers and Kevin/Ramses in the future. More
