In order to accommodate my request, Sean and Kevin worked with me to find a truly optimal vehicle that would satisfy ALL of my needs. I was coming out of a lease with Ford and I was just starting to shop around a few months before my lease end. Stopped by the dealership to explore some options but my budget constraint limited the latter. However, Sean and Kevin were creative enough to think about the perfect solution: a new model coming from South Korea in the next few months would work perfectly. I only had to wait (which worked for me). We even agreed on a price and Kevin committed to keep that price two months later... regardless of changes in rebates, promos, etc. He gave me his word... and he honored it.
