DO NOT GO HERE! THEY START OUT RIPPING YOU OFF. AND SELL YOU PRODUCTS THAT THEY DON'T HONOR. I BOUGHT AN EXTENDED WARRANTY. THEY SAID IT WAS BUMPER TO BUMPER. BUT THEY DIDN'T HONOR IT. NOR DID THEY H SELL YOU PRODUCTS THAT THEY DON'T HONOR. I BOUGHT AN EXTENDED WARRANTY. THEY SAID IT WAS BUMPER TO BUMPER. BUT THEY DIDN'T HONOR IT. I took my vehicle to Rogers Auto Group in Chicago, IL because the screen for the back-up camera was glitching. The radio otherwise worked fine. When I retrieved my car, they said there are no parts to fi because the screen for the back-up camera was glitching. The radio otherwise worked fine. When I retrieved my car, they said there are no parts to fix the screen because they are backordered. After I left, I discovered the screen was now black and the radio would not come on. I returned to the service department only to be told it was "broken when you brought it in" and there is nothing they could do. They refused to accept responsibility for returning my vehicle worse than when I brought it in. Despite showing a video captured today displaying the problem (but also distinct in the video is a functioning screen) prior to dropping off the car, they dismissed me without help. I also asked them if the vehicle was safe to drive in this condition and they said "of course", despite the fact that backing up without this camera may be dangerous. The service director then got involved, and he was very dismissive and patronizing. More
