My salesperson was more concerned with making as many sales as possible, rather than giving exceptional customer service. I have been in sales for many years and this was unacceptable. I wanted to find a new salesperson to give them my commission, but I knew it wouldn't work that way. I wanted the car...but I still wish I purchased it from someone deserving of the commission. More

He was able to asnwer majority of my questions and if he didn't kno the answer he went and got it from someone else. They stayed with me patiently until about 11pm that night but surely did I drive away with a nice Volkswagen Tiguan which is what I wanted!! More

I have to say, Mr. Washington, did provide me with front seat mats; which was not a part of the cheap down version of Accent I was purchasing. I also asked "about the spare tire; wrench and jack; which was also not a part of the Accent which I purchased; Mr. Washington, just showed me the equipment, which was in the trunk; and stated, "you use this and get to the closest dealer, for tire repair." I will eventually purchase, the spare; wrench and jack." More
Streamlined and professional service I originally came to the dealership because it was near my job and I had a question about the Hyundai warranty for a used car that I was considering f I originally came to the dealership because it was near my job and I had a question about the Hyundai warranty for a used car that I was considering from another dealership. Mr. Starks gladly explained the terms of the warranty for a used vehicle and answered my questions. I was so impressed with his sincere desire to give me information and not immediately try to sell me a car that I now wanted to give him my business! 2 hours and a test drive later, I left the dealership thoroughly informed about my new car options and the offers currently promoted by Hyundai. After about 3 weeks of visiting other dealerships, I returned to Rogers and bought the car I have. Had I bought the vehicle on my first visit, I would have saved about $1000 but instead the promotion had expired when I returned. Bruce told me that the promotions would be ending, but I chose to do more research. Sales manager Kevin Benavides gave me outstanding quotes on multiple vehicles that required no haggling at all. My visits to other dealerships confirmed that this was the place to buy. The entire experience was efficient and professional, there was never any pressure and I can't say enough good things about Bruce Starks, Jr. More
