Great Customer Service I originally went in a bought a used Chevy Malibu that was Chevy Pre-owned Certified, which I was grated a 3 day exchange if I was not 100% satisfied. I drove the car to the suburbs and back and felt that an Equinox was more my style. Took the car back and they exchanged it without hassle and without making me feel bad about it. Also, since there wasn't an Equinox on the lot, Adam (my sales rep) went and picked up an Equinox from a different dealership for me to test drive, and ultimately was the car I purchased. Even though I was difficult, they put up with me and helped me buy the car I was more happy with! Thanks, Adam, Aimee, and the rest of the Roger's crew! More

New (to me) Car Purchase I have a close friend that recently purchased her new Hyundai at Rogers Auto Group (RAG) and when she found out I needed a new car she was adamant tha I have a close friend that recently purchased her new Hyundai at Rogers Auto Group (RAG) and when she found out I needed a new car she was adamant that I try them first. I could not be happier. Because of my less than stellar credit rating I was not sure whether or not I was even going to be able to make this purchase. I was told that RAG specializes in helping people like me and believes in 2nd chance loans so this gave me hope. My trade in was a 1995 Jeep Cherokee and I needed to get financing based on my trade in with no money down, which RAG was able to do for me. I needed a newer compact SUV so I could start driving Uber and Allen Washington was able to understand what I needed and get me into the exact right vehicle very quickly (2014 Chevy Equinox). Manny Moreno was the finance guy and he explained everything clearly and made the paper signing process painless. Both Allen and Manny were an absolute joy to work with - professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and it seems to me able to work miracles. They even called me the next day to say they had secured a better deal for me that saved me $10 more dollars a month on my payment. Who does that?! I will refer everyone I know to them. More

New Car Purchase I was contacted by the dealership about “swapping” my 2014 Hyundai Accent for another vehicle. Although I was reluctant at first, Russell Cage was fri I was contacted by the dealership about “swapping” my 2014 Hyundai Accent for another vehicle. Although I was reluctant at first, Russell Cage was friendly, professional and able to adequately explain this “swap”. Ultimately, the Hyundai manager and the finance manager worked a deal that included rebates, buying back my current vehicle, and kept the price within reason. I’m a repeat customer to Roger’s for a reason. More
