Upfront and honest approach, Thank you! After being without a car for two years, I decided to step back into my own vehicle. My options were endless and I considered a Honda, Toyota, Jeep an After being without a car for two years, I decided to step back into my own vehicle. My options were endless and I considered a Honda, Toyota, Jeep and Hyundai. I began my search with True Car, I suggest that for anyone starting this venture of car buying. The good news is you receive the opportunity to do your homework and explore buying options and savings. The downside ( just reality) I had every dealership calling me . I went to test drive a Hundai Tucson , we did not come to agreement on price. I liked the vehicle but decided to continue looking. Price was important to me. Being retired and wanting a vehicle vs needing one for my job, made my decision different from past purchases. Why did I choose Rogers? They were the only ones that spoke to me on the phone about what I wanted and my expectations. I wasn't told I needed to come in and talk, Kevin spoke to me on the phone and heard what I was looking for. He said I'll get right back with you and let you know what I can do. Within no time, I received his call. I felt it he was honest, upfront and heard exactly what I was looking for. Immediately after our conversation I received a quote in writing! I questioned if this would change when I went in to make the purchase. After a week of checking out options I decided to go to Rogers, it was exactly what was quoted. Kevin greeted me when I arrived and then turned me over to Ryan Ondras to continue my experience. Ryan recognized that I didn't want to entertain a higher price package, I was determined to stay in my comfort zone on price that worked for me. Ryan was courteous and pleasant to deal with. I drove away with my 2017 Hyundai Tucson that day. Thank you Rogers! More

Sante fe Sport Went in with my husband in complete disagreement about what car we were getting, he wanted the larger santa fe and i wanted the smaller touscan. Ryan Went in with my husband in complete disagreement about what car we were getting, he wanted the larger santa fe and i wanted the smaller touscan. Ryan and Kevin helped us out. Ryan took us around and let us check out 3 different models, touscan, santa fe, and santa fe sport. He helped us determine the sante fe sport was a compromise on the size we want and offered all the fetures we were looking for, automatic rear lift gate, large cargo area with indepently folding rear seats plenty of room in the back row for the kid and awesome built in sun shades for him. Overall excellent experience, i went in thinking my husband and i would never agree and walked out wih a car we both love. More
