I came in to trade in my 2014 Chevy Equinox. I was at the dealership for five hours which, not an issue, my sole purpose of writing this review was to bring awareness of the rude encounter i exp I was at the dealership for five hours which, not an issue, my sole purpose of writing this review was to bring awareness of the rude encounter i experienced with finance. The tone, dialog and condescending canter will not go unnoticed. Because of my experience with the finance person alone I will no longer do any sort of business with this establishment. I've notified my attorney and the better business bureau and I will be pursuing legal action. More
