Good experience. Great car. I went into Rogers having a good idea of what I wanted, but Austin put me right in the car that was perfect for what I was asking. He knew what wanted I went into Rogers having a good idea of what I wanted, but Austin put me right in the car that was perfect for what I was asking. He knew what wanted and quickly matched me up with what I needed. The dearlship was busy on a Saturday so it felt the process was drawn out a little bit more than it needed, but at the end of the day, Rogers Auto Group was great and I would definitely recommend working with both Austin and Wally. If I could rate lower i would Let’s just say if you have not so good credit, turn around 1. I saw Allen on my first day - not very personable but he made it work. He did his job Let’s just say if you have not so good credit, turn around 1. I saw Allen on my first day - not very personable but he made it work. He did his job found me 2 lender. Told me the offer is good for 30 days. I came back in 6 and did everything he told me to do. Came back on his off day (why did I do that!) Also the manager that was working with him did a job well done also. I will give credit where credit is due. I wasn’t prepared when I came in. 2. I saw PJ 6 days later, work with and his manager. It was a disaster!!!! Pj told me I had average credit so Continuously running my credit wasn’t going to hurt it. I told him coming through the door I didn’t want them to run my credit anymore. Low and behold I got a notification while still in the office that they ran my credit. They had no lender no car and credit ran over and over. We redid everything over and the came up with nothing! 3. After it was clear I wasn’t getting a car that day the manager was totally rude and completely ignored me when I asked him why did he continue to run my credit when ask them not to and Allen and the other manager had already found 2 lenders. I gave them both the card that Allen had given me with the 2 lender offers on it . They completely ignored me . Moral of the story it maybe who you know when you go into this place but it’s not Pj or his manager Oh I went in on a Friday when I saw pj, so you may want to stay clear on that day More
