I was in kind of a bi About a month ago I had the privilege of buying a new car from Rogers Auto Group, and more specifically PJ Martin, my salesman. I was in kind of a bind and I needed a n affordable reliable vehicle that fit into my lifestyle and budget. PJ and the rest of the staff at Rogers couldn't have treated me better. PJ understands that each person has a specific set of needs they need met. I got a really nice car (2013 Hyundai Elantra) at a great price. I had some credit issues that PJ and his team helped me overcome. I could not recommend PJ and the whole group over at Rogers more. More
Recall the Dealer Much to my disappointment, once again Rogers has failed to provide the service I would minimally expect from a Dealer that I had made a vehicle purcha Much to my disappointment, once again Rogers has failed to provide the service I would minimally expect from a Dealer that I had made a vehicle purchase from. When my vehicle was under warranty, I was promised a roof replacement that they recanted on when I returned for the service. On another visit my car was scratched once when I brought it in for servicing, they repaired this, and I also had to have them replace the trunk pegs with stainless steel pegs because the original pegs were oxidizing within the first month of ownership (fault of GM). This year, After a 2 month advance appointment for the GM recall ignition part service, and two confirmation emails from Rogers as recent as 2 days ago, I was told on my 7:00 am arrival the service department told me the part was not in. I told him that I had received an email the day before reminding me to come in for my appointment. I asked when it would be available and the service representative told me he did not know. I explained that I had dedicated this week's window in advance as I was a public school teacher and could he have a way of contacting me while I am on break. He replied he could not make a new appointment or call me back when the part was in and that I would have to keep checking. I will never by another GM product as long as I live and once again I will have to get my vehicle serviced outside of the city. More
