This is my third Hyundai Santa Fe that I’m purchasing from this dealership and this sales person was really awesome. I knew what I wanted. He knew what I wanted. Waited more than 4 hours for brake inspection replacement and oil change, which is not reasonable. At least someone came to let me know the progress in the middle, but the status online kept permanent which and oil change, which is not reasonable. Car wash wasn’t good after I got my car back (there were stains around the car) and I had to look for my own keys after. I was told that the price for the services were a fixed amount but there were not enough details about how they calculated them, because the total price was too exaggerated for these services. This caused me to think I was being paid more. I was expected a better service at the beginning since the greeting at start was great. However, I only got a call (this was because I kept looking at the staff for response) once during all these four hours wait. The guest service machine for drinks was also out of service and all I can help myself is just water (no one was there to work on fixing it or do anything). I was also told to be able to text the number when I am in the service hour to talk with staff, but there were no responses. If texting can’t communicate, please don’t tell the customer that they have this option. I know my feedback is long but I really want the dealer to take these in mind and give a reasonable feedback on my comments and make sure these concerns are addressed for future customers. Overall, I won’t say to not recommend this dealer to others, but improvements are needed (again, waited too long for the services). Thanks for reading. More
