This is the second car we have gotten from Napleton Chrysler Jeep Dodge. The new showroom is both beautiful and spacious!! Like most car dealerships they tell you everything you want to hear at the time and try to hurry you through the process. Of course the problem happens after you sign and they don't hold up their end an want to hear at the time and try to hurry you through the process. Of course the problem happens after you sign and they don't hold up their end and then call and threatening you even though they dont fulfill their agreement. It has been over a month and still have not received a check that they have owed me because their detail guys are incompetent. Check was supposed to be ready over 3 weeks ago. Car gets home and was so dirty when youbstart cleaning you find scratches and imperfections and they aren't willing to correct any of it even though you had put less than 50mi on car it sits in garage. My salesman has message me at least 5x wanting a review and every time you voice concerns he says im only a salesman i just want review on me. Well its a bigger picture of dealership as a whole that is a problem. This dealership will not return your emails they will not return your calls they will exploit you while you are in person then absolutely will not follow through. When they call to ask how their service was you give honest feedback that is met with sorry but no follow-up. While car was in for service before this purchase last dodge i had even though purchased elsewhere while in for oil change they took it upon themselves to put their stickers and take my lic plate cover off and replace with their advertisement. Be careful here they are definitely wolves and i have bought many cars in my time by a landslide worst experience and still not over. After talking to few locals everyone has had same experience here that they would never return i will drive an hour away for oil change to avoid this dealership. More

I brought my 2020 RAM 1500 Sport (800 miles) had it for less than a week for a complaint of wind noise at 60 MPH. Today, Saturday 12/12/2020 I can to pick it up. I’m not sure if the issues is gone yet, I haven’t left the dealership... My brand new truck was given back To me filthy... finger prints all over it... dirt on passenger seat and door, windows a mess! I would think you would be given back a vehicle in clean condition, the tech should be required to wipe off fingerprints and any dirt. I am so upset with this place. Hello... CUSSERVICE SHOULD NIT END AFTER I BUY THW VEHICLE. More
