We were having problems with our truck 20 miles from home. I spoke with Mellisa over the phone and she gave me a number of a towing company that could tow the truck to the dealership. She did offer a home. I spoke with Mellisa over the phone and she gave me a number of a towing company that could tow the truck to the dealership. She did offer a fix to reset the computer so that we might be able to make it on our own and not have to pay for towing. This worked. I received a call about an hour after dropping it off and was told that the Throttle body can be cleaned instead of just replacing it. This was not guarenteed to work but I was given the option and it did just need a good cleaning. A sensor was replace and we had our truck back less than 4 hours after dropping it off. This was our first time at this dealership and I am very satisfied. More

verry helpful even tried to turn on daylight running lights but could not,just like the other 4 dealers I have been to in last 6 months. Stephanie was great to deal with, very professional, and kept me informed as to what was going on and if anything additional was needed. Service was fast so no long wait time.
