Melissa was extremely helpful in explaining what the problem was with my car and what needed to be done to fix it. While the car was in the shop (a few days), Tom kept us informed via phone until the job was completed. It's an employee such as Tom, who DID exceed our expectations. You've got one heck of an employee and a great team to back him up. (knock on wood)- The car is running so much better, no clicking sounds from underneath the front end...very quite and smoother ride, the back windows are actually rolling up and down perfectly!!!!
