Melissa is just great. Despite my coming back to her multiple times to the point of annoyance with questions, she was quick, pleasent and helpful each time. I would recommend this dealership for their service department, however their sales department needs some attention. When a dealership fails to disclose that their warranty is not through Chrysler, it department, however their sales department needs some attention. When a dealership fails to disclose that their warranty is not through Chrysler, it lowers trust in the company. Rick was an awesome service adviser and helped with the issues that we presented. Very patient with explaining what was done and how they resolved the issues that we had and was more than pleasant to deal with. Would recommend Rick to anyone needing work done on their car. More

We were helped by Stephanie and she was very efficient and fast. Our car was completed in less than 30 minutes and we were on our way.
