Shoddy work and out-right SABOTAGE of my car! I brought my 07 P/T Cruiser into Napelton in Clermont because it would NOT go over 45 MPH. The service department called me back a few days later, sa I brought my 07 P/T Cruiser into Napelton in Clermont because it would NOT go over 45 MPH. The service department called me back a few days later, saying that the car needed a new engine, and it was covered under the Lifetime Power Train Warranty. I was told I would have no expense, since the repair was covered. Two weeks go by and I hear nothing. Then, I get a call from Napelton saying I owe them a $430.00 diagnostic fee. I conferenced the call with a Chrysler corporate representative and CONFIRMED that the diagnostic fee was covered for warranty repairs. Still, I was told by Napelton that I had to pay $430.00, because - and get this - the technician doing the repair is "getting frustrated!" Strange, so I told them I would come down to talk with them. I was treated with great disrespect all through this encounter with Napelton. Just treated very rudely. Come to find out, Napelton said that the engine rebuild did NOT fix the problem. They said 3 bad sensors had to be replaced, for a final bill due of close to $900.00. THEY WENT AHEAD AND DID THE REPAIR WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE OR AUTHORIZATION! That's right, even though I signed a legal document REQUIRING THEM to get my authorization for any repair over $150.00, they went ahead and put the parts on WITHOUT EVEN CALLING ME. Now, I am not saying the price was unfair for the work. The problem was that I did NOT have the money to pay them! HAD THEY CALLED ME, LIKE THEY SHOULD HAVE, I would have told them DO NOT perform the sensor repairs NOW, I will come back later WHEN I CAN PAY. The service department then TOOK THE SENSORS OFF THE CAR before returning it to me. They admitted they did not call, but offered NO CUSTOMER APPEASEMENT. Napelton treated me very poorly, but it went beyond that. Read on: 1) When I brought my car into the dealer, I had an almost NEW battery. When I got home, I saw they STOLE my battery and put in an old junk battery. 2) When I brought the car in, the A/C was working fine. Now it is NOT. 3) When I brought my car in, the hydraulic lifts for the tailgate were fine. When I opened the tailgate a week after I got the car back, the hydraulics would NOT hold up the tailgate. I could plainly see that, instead of the bright black hydraulics I was used to seeing on the car, there were old, faded gray hydraulics there. Napelton STOLE my good hydraulics and put on worn out ones. They did this SABOTAGE probably out of spite and hatred toward me, the customer who did NOTHING WRONG. You'd think they would appreciate the customers who keep them in business. They don't, they are rude, aggressive, and dishonest people. Quite frankly, any person who acted as they did toward a customer has serious mental problems. The point is, if you want your repair work done correctly, do NOT take it to ANY NAPELTON dealer. Don't buy a car from them, they do NOT deserve your business. More

I asked for tx number for Auburn Hills she said they did not have one and hung up on me. I googled them and got corp help line they took information said to call back in 2 hrs . I did and they said motor would be replaced . The dealer was very good to deal with I would recommend to every one. L S Hall More
Falls way short in all areas. In 15 years of owning Jeep Wranglers I've never experienced a lack of service as I did at Napleton of Clermont. Florida. I checked in at 10:30a and I was not out of the faculity until 3pm. I requested an oil change, rotation of the tires, and an adjustment of the handbrake. The only service performed in 4 1/2 hours of waiting was the oil change. Although I was charged over $34.00? the tire rotation was not performed. I know this because I maked the back of front right tire before bringing the Jeep in foe aeevice. When I arrived home the same tire was mounted on the right front. I now wonder if the oil and filter was changed. When I contacted the Service Manager, Craig, his reponse to my problem was to state that their first concern is for the customer and nothing more. The Service at this facility falls short of that at any Jeep facility I have used over the last 15 years of owning Jeep Wranglers. Their Napleton Kissimmee facility out performs Clermont in all respects. The only reason I brought the Jeep Wrangler to Clermont for service is because I moved to Winter Garden, Florida and the Clermont facility is closer to my home. In the future it will be well worth the drive to Napelton in Kissimmee to receive top notch service. I do not recommend anyone bring their Jeep or other Chrysler product to Napelton's Clermont location for any level of service. More

Drove hours to see a vehicle only to find the vehicle had front end damage that the dealership had not informed me of. Vehicle was a 2017 & I was told it was in perfect condition. Upon arriving, vehicle had not been pulled from the back and barely had any gas when we took it for a test drive. While inspecting the vehicle we noticed the front bumper was unattached in places on one side and not aligned properly. We were told that must have just happened on the lot & the vehicle has a “clean car fax” Looking back at pictures on the ad I can now see the damage that is barely visible in the ad photos. So clearly this vehicle came in like this. They did offer to knock $300 off the price of the vehicle. No thanks.... More
Quick and easy service I had the airbag recall to take care of. After reading all the negative reviews I thought of using a different dealer but this one was closest so gave I had the airbag recall to take care of. I stopped in to make an appt. and was taken care of promptly with an appt. set up for the next day at 8:30. I was early 8:05 and the team checked me right in and took care of the recall while I waited less than an hour. They offered to give me a ride instead of waiting but I had my book to read. I was home by 9:30 and was happy I went to this dealer. I'll keep using them if they maintain the level of professionalism I experienced this time. More

Right Front brake froze on hwy 27 driving 50 miles per hour-almost got killed on Christmas evening.. after I complained about hearing a grinding sound.they also claimed they couldn't hear anything and nothing was wrong.....now driving and the car idols on and off- they also say they couldn't duplicate.. HELP ME! No phone calls from Napleton Clermont service I had to call after 24 hours and they again can't duplicate the problem.. just as they said when I heard grinding sounds then the right front brake froze as I was driving 50 miles an hour on Hwy 27.. lucky to be alive! Still waiting.. More
they do not honor what they say how about no stars bought my wifes car there went flawless decided to trade in my truck now remember i live an hr and a half away my wife drives this how about no stars bought my wifes car there went flawless decided to trade in my truck now remember i live an hr and a half away my wife drives this every month just to go there and service her car i liked this place so much so i decided its time to trade in anyway talked to one manager gave me one xxxx of a deal i was ready to come down he told me hold on he had to run this 20k mile truck through service first ok no problem it was my truck and 2800 bucks cash deal said he would call me as soon as its done well no call next day i called back up he wasnt available ect....finally i got upset because when i called and found out they sold the truck to someone else a deal is a deal man anyway they told me they would get another one 2 months went buy nothing so i called and talked to a lady who was supposively a manager she said she would call me back and make this right she never did call the next day talked to bryan who said the same he never did really after all the people i recomended you 15 people just in a 1 mile radius have bought cars and trucks from you because of me this is how you are going to treat me ok see if you get one more customer from me as a matter of fact see how far this goes.....here is my number 727-808-2918 i got nothing to hide im not someone who treats there customers like crap filled with false promises Update called and asked to speak to Bob left message no return call go figure Update still no call wow ......guess they do. Not care what people think Update still nothing wow still nothing wow Update got a call today the person apologized over and over a said he would make it right comes back at 21k and my truck my reply far off from our original agreement he said sorry but that truck is gone I replied I know you sold it to someone else after you made the deal he replied that is how we usually do business I am sorry confesses they breached a verbal agreement and refuses to make it right now I have to bring my recordings thank God my business line records everything and these texts to my attorney people a agreement weather verbal or written when agreed apon is a contract are you that ignorant....it would be cheaper and easier to make this right but they don't obviously want to do that will post pics of the text messages.... As a business owner If I saw this I would be on the phone making this right but nope the owner obviously does not care update pathetic i can not believe this place or the staff not even a reply from the owner nothing update not a peep More
