Car was serviced correctly & quickly. Bill in the Service Dept was pleasant to deal with. This was my 2cd visit since Napleton took over the dealership. Both visits were for oil change and tire rotation. Both times the tires were not rotated but I was charged for the service. I no longer trust their service department to do the work requested. Everyone else at the dealership were very friendly and helpful and I have no complaints about them but in the future I will not have any service performed at this dealership and will probably not purchase a vehicle there. The woman who took care of me was excellent, sorry, she didn't introduce herself and I failed to ask. Greg Titus did a great job on helping me with new tires that my car needed. Time spent waiting for the completion of work was less than what I was told. When I need work done on my car, Greg gets me an app that my car needed. Time spent waiting for the completion of work was less than what I was told. car is a 2017 car, one owner, bought new with less than 40 miles and the problem with the car was with a transmission part which a car driven under 7k per year has, sounds a bit strange, but I paid the bil 40 miles and the problem with the car was with a transmission part which a car driven under 7k per year has, sounds a bit strange, but I paid the bill of just under $1,000 which included a read end alignment?, again under 7k per year and a transmission fluid flush.... this should not have happened, GM should have been contacted and a solution reached...... gonna trade that car in and mine and head over to Ford and buy two new ones.......
