The service department was wonderful on Monday morning. Greg Titus checked me in and then the repair person tried to install the new black grill and black bowties which were ordered on my car November 14 Greg Titus checked me in and then the repair person tried to install the new black grill and black bowties which were ordered on my car November 14 2022. However, they car came in without either of these things. Greg and his repair person worked throughout the day to fix this issued, but the grill that had been ordered was the incorrect one. Greg and his team ordered the correct grill and whenever it gets here they will install the correct black grill and black bowties. I feel they went above and beyond to make sure the correct black grill gets installed and didn't just make it work and send me on my way. More

I paid extra for a tire rotation but the techs notes clearly day no rotation. I did not notice until I left the dealership and looked at my notes. Also I called to have my email address changed. I get emails but for some reason my husband get the surveys. The receptionist was so rude and wanted to argue with me. I told her this has been happening for years. Her response in a nasty tone was we just took over. How do we know if we don’t know. I told that is why I was calling. Why was I having a 5 min discussion about updating an email? Why couldn’t she just say oh I’m sorry, let’s correct it instead of going back and forth. I finally hung up and told her she was rude. I am holding a $1500 new tire quote from you. I will go elsewhere. More

BUYER BEWARE I test drove one Trailblazer then didn't like the numbers they presented. The price was too high and the trade in was too low. So they offered me a different Trailblazer at a lower price, a like the numbers they presented. The price was too high and the trade in was too low. So they offered me a different Trailblazer at a lower price, and the only thing it didn't have was the sunroof and automatic lift gate. I asked the salesman "are you sure it has the adaptive cruise control?" Because that would have been my deal breaker. Yes, it has it, I was assured. There was no delivery checklist. I signed paperwork and was given the keys and sent on my way. I called the salesman when I was still a couple miles away asking him to teach me how to turn on the adaptive cruise control. He said it's that button on the steering wheel. Well it wasn't. When I got home I called him again and said it does not have adaptive cruise control and I would not have bought it if I had known. I drove back to the dealership the same day because I wanted them to cancel the transaction and give me my car back. The salesman either made an honest mistake (I like to believe that) or lied to me. They refused to anything to help me, except trade me up. They said all the paperwork was done, and my trade in was already sold (on a Saturday afternoon?). I have since found other safety features this car doesn't have that the one I test drove did. I should have been advised on everything I was not getting on this car. Yes, I should have asked more questions at the time. But they should have presented the truth to me. They should have done a delivery checklist with me. They should have been willing to cancel the sale. Buyer beware. More
