In November 2023, I was in a serious car accident that totaled my car. I found a used car from Napleton Chevrolet which I ended up purchasing. The salesman that helped me was good but the manager Chris Be totaled my car. I found a used car from Napleton Chevrolet which I ended up purchasing. The salesman that helped me was good but the manager Chris Behlke scammed me out of my down payment that went to a warranty that was NOT previously discussed with me prior to signing the contract for my vehicle. Two months later, I called to have the warranty returned because the money needed to go to the loan of the car. I was told it would take 4-6 weeks for this to be returned and reflected on my loan. I waited and it was NOT returned. I tried calling multiple times and the financial mangers would NOT even take my calls. I then took the time to go to the dealership (an hour away and my day off wasted) and the financial manger Mike Mancano had me sign a form to physically process the return of the warranty. Again I was told it would take 4-6 weeks to process. Three months later, it still hasn’t been processed because he NEVER EVEN SIGNED THE FORM (I have the proof) and the money still hasn’t gone back to my loan. I was scammed out of my down payment, disappointed and disrespected. I was in a horrible car accident and was completely taken advantage of. This was a complete waste of my time and I will NEVER buy a vehicle from this dealership again. More

Just another dealership that will lie to you before you show up at the door. Did my DD. Knew what car I was looking at and checked the lot. Didn’t see the car so I assumed it was sold. Called them and they told me it was there (already knew it wasn’t) it’s their job to get you in the door but in this case honesty would’ve been nice. Checked the site the next morning and of course the car was gone. For reference I called the day before at 7:30 (dealer closed at 8. By 8am the next day the car was gone. They could’ve just lead with that. More

I was told the car had been serviced but was not it had been driven by a manager many miles and needed serviced again, brakes were worn out and rotors destroyed, they added paint protection and interior protection that I did not ask for and charged 1697.00 for. I did manage to get back that money by contacting Attorney General in ILL. Sold me extended warranty that all I had to pay was 100.00 but found out that was false also. Tried many times calling the dealership but no return calls. Definitely took advantage of out of state buyer like myself, taught me a lesson. People I dealt with are all gone, no one left of with knowledge of my deal. More

Sara anwseres the phones at the dearlership. SHE IS NOT A ALESPERSON. Upon my arrival at 10:55am, she was mot there, and I was told they sold the car the night before. NO PHONE CALL, NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF THE SALE. Before my retirement, I rana small business for 30 yrs. If any of my employess treated potential customer like that, would result in termination. I fully understand you sell the car to the first bidder. But doesn't spending $137,000 on a new vehicle get you a phone call? More
Went and test drove a car and was going to buy it. They told me they would check base the next day and never did and sold it to someone without even telling me.
