Today I brought my car in for warranty Service. Keith was my advisor. Keith was very disappointing. First his communication made me feel that I was not valued as a customer. When he brought me my keys I asked for the paperwork he informed me it was not ready. I said I could wait, he told me it might be a few hours. (He suggested to mail it to me) I said I could stop by later if it really would be hours. As I stood there the tech brought him my paperwork?.. 2. He also informed me I needed a part that they needed to order. I asked when would it be at the dealership, he said “you never know with Caddilac it may be a few days. 3. I asked for the part number needed. He reluctantly gave it to me I then went to the parts department and was informed it would be here tomorrow. This place is a rip off! First off Keith Goebelt is the rudest service advisor of all. I trusted them last year on a 4700 dollar repair order which I now realized they way over charged me on the parts! 35% over list! I will be pursuing legal action against the dealership and corporation as well as continue to put in complains with the complaints.com and the BBB. What a bunch of thieves! All they care about is how much money they can scam out of trusting customers ! Beware! More

Advertised online prices on used/CPO will get tacked on a $900 'reconditioning' fee so you can't possibly pay what they advertise. Shady bait and switch. Sad to waste the time. If they were honest about pricing they would easily earn my business. I've bought several used cars and never had this issue before. I believe all Napleton stores do this. More

He made a couple of suggestions that were nice cars, but not quite the right fit for my son. The third vehicle was the charm. It met our needs in most every way. August is very skilled in the auto business and you will be glad you dealt with him. I will also say that Rachel kept the paperwork moving along to get me on my way as it was becoming a late evening. August then offered to personally deliver the car to my home so I could surprise my son with his Cadillac. What a surprise! More
