Very disappointed with this facility. When they took over from Reed Chrysler, Napleton should have told their customers that they do not honor Rick Reed‘s oil change policies. When purchased the new vehicle from Rick Reed, was promised lifetime free oil changes with only needing to pay for the oil. Imagine my surprise when I got the bill today. None of this information was shared ahead of time. Needless to say, I will no longer be taking my business to Napleton, nor will I be purchasing my new car from them. More
